This house was designed by the architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch and built in 1901. The façade is finished in white stucco with the adition of esgrafiats (special relief painted decoration). Besides that, the façade is decorated with stone profusely sculpted specially around the windows, the balcony and the asymmetric platform of the entrance hall.
The house interior is full of ornaments specially in the hall and the courtyard from which a magnificent stairway leads to the upper floors.
That building belongs to "La Caixa" first savings bank and thus it is possible to visit it.
